Admissions application forms are being accepted as of October 13, 2021. Enrollment preference is given to siblings of current St. Viator students.

ADMISSIONS ​SCHEDULE
​
Below is a schedule of important dates in the Admission Process for the 2022-2023 school year:
​
October 13, 2021: Applications for 2022 – 2023 school year now accepted.
​
January 10, 2022: FACTS site open to apply for financial aid - Deadline for applications March 31, 2022
February 25, 2022: 1st Round Application deadline for all new students*.
*Applications submitted after February 25, 2022, will be accepted on a rolling basis.

February 25, 2022: Priority enrollment with $100 preregistration fee for current families ends.
March 7, 2022: Acceptance letters emailed to all new families.

March 31, 2022: Financial Aid applications due on FACTS
​
April 7, 2022: Acceptance forms due back with $50 acceptance fee
​
May 15, 2022: Preschool applications submitted after May 15th may be placed in a combined
PK3/PK4 classroom

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Pre-K through Kindergarten
​

3-year-old Preschool students must turn 3 on, or before, September 1st (Birth date 09/01/2019 or before).

4-year-old Preschool students must turn 4 on, or before, September 1st (Birth date 09/01/2018 or before).

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on, or before, September 1st (Birth date 09/01/2017 or before).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Copy of the child's Original/Certified Birth Certificate (not hospital certificate)

Copy of the child's Baptismal certificate for any religion. If not baptized, please note this on your application.

Documentation of medical examinations due before first day of school

A $100.00 non-refundable application fee is due for each child when their application for admission is submitted. This is for all students; NEW, RETURNING, and TRANSFER students.

TRANSFER STUDENTS
​
Transfer students must provide the required documents listed above, as well as a copy of the most current report card from the previous school, as well as copies of any special services the student may receive such as an IEP or 504 or Title 1 services. For transfer students in any grade, you must provide a copy of the student's most current medical, eye, and dental records.
HEALTH EXAMS
​
Current medical exams are required for all students upon entering the following grades:

PreK 3 & 4: Medical* with the Lead Screening portion completed

Kindergarten: Medical* with the Lead Screening portion completed, Vision/Eye and Dental

Grade 2: Dental
-
Grade 6: Medical including proof of updated TDap and Meningococcal vaccinations, and Dental* and Dental*

* Parent fills out and signs Health History portion on side two of the medical form

Pre School - 3 Year Old
3 Day (Monday-Wednesday-Friday) or 5 day (Monday through Friday)
Half Day: 7:50 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Full Day: 7:50 A. M. to 2:55 P.M.
Pre School - 4 Year Old
All PK4 classes are five days a week (Monday through Friday)
Half Day: 7:50 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Full Day: 7:50 A.M. to 2:55 P.M.
Kindergarten
All Kindergarten classes are five days a week (Monday through Friday)
Full Day (all): 7:50 A.M. to 2:55 P.M.
First through Eighth Grades
Full Day: 7:50 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
